Hudson Yards
Hudson Yards is currently the most expensive private real estate development. NBWLA was awarded the project to create an exciting plaza space between the new buildings. Shane was working for NBWLA in New York City at the time and was on the primary design team at the beginning of the plaza redesign. The teams task to integrate a massive central sculpture by Heatherwick Studios, connect the future buildings, create an anchor point between the Highline and the brand new 7 Train Station, as well as create vibrant social space in a place that is anticipated to have a huge amount of foot traffic. Hudson Yards is partially open and the entire project, including the Western Yards are due for completion in 2024. More information can be found here. Newer photos coming soon.
